For one evening only, Sarment hosted the 'Hommage à la Argonne' cocktail party, in celebration of Champagne Henri Grand's contemporary efforts in championing the conservation of the ancient Argonne forest in Champagne, France
_
François Hémart founded Champagne Henri Giraud at the beginning of the 17th Century when the family settled in the village of Aÿ in the Champagne region of France.
At the helm today is the 12th generation of the Giraud-Hémart family, Claude Giraud, who oversees the hand-crafting of their top cuvée, Fût de Chêne Grand Cru d'Aÿ, alongside other world-class Champagne such as their Argonne, which is only made in stellar vintages.
