[CNY Menu] Lobster with egg noodles in XO chilli sauce, 龙虾XO酱捞面 (included in $268++/pax menu). Of the several lobster noodles I tried over the past few weeks, this one from Man Fu Yuan stood out due to the texture of the noodles and the moderate use of XO chilli lending an excitement to this luxurious dish. 🔸 And this is only one of the many offerings by Man Fu Yuan 满福苑 of InterContinental Singapore this year. From now till 19 February 2019, Executive Chef Eric Neo and his team is showcasing eight CNY Menu including perennial favourites and restaurant signatures, priced from $108/guest onwards. 🔸 Those looking for a more indulgent celebration can opt for some of higher end prix-fixe menu which features yusheng with abalone, Hokkaido scallops and salmon; bird’s nest soup in pumpkin; braised five-head abalone with sea cucumber and flower mushrooms, among other delightful delicacies, besides this lobster noodles which I love. 🔸 There're also some other really good dishes here that I'll share with you in another post.
