A busy mother of two girls who has learnt to juggle family, her day job in the aviation industry and being a food Instagrammer. Cathryn loves surrounding herself with a community of others who all share the love of eating. Never satisfied with the boundaries of her food adventures, Cathryn often travels to seek out new experiences and cuisines to add to her repertoire. Cathryn also ensures her reviews are unbiased and fully honest, she'll only claim it is good if she truly believes it is so. The fuel that drives her despite her hectic schedule is the feeling of fulfilment she receives when she recommends places for others to experience.

If there were a dish that was your nemesis on this food journey, what would it be?

Prawn paste / har cheong - I get hives from it
